1. Parents and children agree to abide by Vital Launch code of conduct
2.Fees will be determined according to the clubs fees policy.
3. We do not offer trial classes, instead we request you book in to secure the position. If your child does not enjoy the first class please advise us by email within 72 hours for a refund of the remaining classes.
4. One make-up class per term per child will be granted if we are able to accommodate the make up, in another class. All make up classes to be authorised by administration via email.
5. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child before and after class, children are not permitted to be left unattended until 5 mins before class commences.
6. Children are to be picked up from inside the premises at all times.
7. Parents/Guardians are responsible for any accompanying children in the premises.
8. Permission is given to collect information in relation to injury under the host site Revolutionise. All information will remain confidential and used only for the purpose of injury reporting.
9. All classes include an insurance fee to gymnastics WA and your membership details will be uploaded to their system. (Please advise in writing if you do not give authorisation for this)
10. Parents are not to video or photograph your child in group class sessions. This is protect all athletes in the venue.
